Reduce Your Risk of Flu this Winter

2012 Influenza Clinic: No Appointment Necessary for CMC patients - All Ontarians, 6 months of age and older are eligible to receive publicly funded influenza vaccine, more commonly referred to as a FLU SHOT. We strongly recommend that ALL SENIORS 65 years and older, and all patients with chronic illnesses (kidney disease, diabetes, asthma, heart disease, COPD, inflammatory arthritis, etc) receive an ANNUAL FLU SHOT

If you are 65 years of age and older you are also eligible for a Pneumovax vaccine which vaccinates against certain types of bacteria causing pneumonia.

Note: Please inform the Medical Centre if you receive the Flu Vaccine elsewhere so that your medical record will be up to date. 2012 Clinic Dates:

Thursdays – Oct. 11, 18, 25, Nov. 1 - 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Fridays – Oct. 12, 19, 26, Nov. 2 - 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Closed between 12:00 and 1:00 p.m.
